About The Client:
A Historic Manhattan hotel featuring 500+ rooms and suites.
Challenge:
Over a 3 year span, client generated irrelevant and unqualified traffic from the Google Ads PPC campaign thus increasing their costs, depleting their marketing budget and decreasing direct online bookings.
Solution:
Conduct a complete overhaul of PPC campaign with rigorous weekly optimization including, but not limited to, adding over 1,000+ “negative keywords” that were driving irrelevant traffic, re-arranging ad group structure, utilizing Google features such as keyword Insertion / ad extensions, launching new ads with incentivizing ad copy and creating PPC exclusive offers to drive traffic and in turn, increase direct bookings.
Results:
Since taking over PPC campaign management, topVue increased client’s website visits by +1,433% over a 9 month period of time. Consequently, the hotel saw a +1,051% boost in direct bookings and +2,926% spike in revenue.
